Small Business Management Classes begin in erly October at OCCC at OCCC Newport

If you are interested in improving your business, learning about current issues and networking with dynamic business owners and professional come join the Small Business Learning Network at Oregon Coast Community College. The SBM program offers evening and day time classes once a month and a follow counseling session in person, via the internet or by phone. Over the past week or so, I’ve heard from several readers who are somewhat confused about refundable vs. non-refundable tax credits and, ultimately, what it means to “pay taxes.” As a quick reminder, tax credits directly reduce your tax liability on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
